A BIT ABOUT US

Our yoga and meditation studio brings together a group of enthusiastic and passionate teachers who are comitted to bringing you opportunities to improve your health and wellbeing. 


Our teachers are highly trained in a variety of yoga styles including Iyengar Yoga,  Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Please contact the teachers directly to arrange your attendance in their class. 

We provide all the equipment you'll need to make the most of your class in a beautiful, clean and peaceful space. Wear clothes that stretch and allow you to move easily.  Yoga is practiced with bare feet.  It is best to practice on an empty stomach but a light snack before class is ok.

Classes cost between $18 - $20 depending on the style and length of the class.  Discounts are available in some classes when you purchase in advance.

Our teachers also offer private sessions for individuals or small groups and will tailor the content to your particular needs.
