Sue has been involved with Yoga and Meditation for over 10 years now and loves to teach Gentle Yoga and incorporate breathing techniques with Deep relaxation and Meditation practices to help with optimum care of our mind and bodies.
Sue is a registered Level 2 teacher through Yoga Australia which recognises 500 hours of training.
Her training includes;
Mindfulness Meditation (Ian Gawler , Gawler Foundation )
Yoga (Byron Yoga)
Yoga Therapy (Byron Yoga)
Extended Therapeutic Yoga ( Judy Krupp and Maria Kirsten)
Rest and Renew Trainer (Judith Lassatter )
Sue loves to incorporate all of her studies into her classes to bring students a sense of relaxation and ease.
She combines gentle movement with a thorough understanding of asana , breath and relaxation. Sue specialises in Restorative Yoga classes . As the ultimate relaxation practice, these classes help students to deal with an increasingly complicated and stressful world.
Her classes are open to all ages and ability.
